Walking event of 6, 11, 17 km on the morainic hills of white wine Custoza.
HOW TO REACH SOMMACAMPAGNA
Sommacampagna is located 12 km from Garda Lake and 12 km from Verona. The heart of the event takes place in the park of “Villa Venier”, an old Venetian villa. Highway (A4 Milano-Venezia), exit at Sommacampagna, turn right and follow the indication MEETING/MARCIARENA for about 300 meters, until the Villa. By plane, international airport “Valerio Catullo Verona”, 5 km from Sommacampagna. By train, get off at Verona station, 12 km from Sommacampagna (there is the possibility to take a public bus in front of the station, on Saturday -no bus runs on Sunday!!!. It takes you about 25 minutes.)
START-ROUTE
At 8.30 – 9.00 am. Unique undulating circuit, mainly on dirt road, panoramic, through the vineyards of Custoza and the theater areas of the war for the independence of Italy. Positive difference in altitude of 230 metres.
REGISTRATION
Registration for groups will close on Saturday 12th of May, at 10 pm. For singles on Sunday 13th, at 9.00 am.
Registration fee: Euro 3,00 (full price) – Euro 1,50 (reduced price) + Euro 0,50 (insurance)
PRICE AWARDS
“24th Trofeo Comune di Sommacampagna” to the largest group. All the groups with at least 10 components will receive local foodstuffs. All the registered members with full price, N° 1 whitewine bottle “Custoza”.
